A. Banner Saver is a "working" piece of equipment, designed to release
increased wind forces of larger and larger banners (SAILS), and they are
custom engineered and tensioned to suit the size of your banner. They are not
a static bracket where one size fits all.
Q. What comes with each Banner Saver?
A. Two piece cast aluminum base, tensioned together with a custom made spring
and hardware. Also includes: Tempered aluminum sleeved fiberglass rod, cut to
accommodate the width of your banner, 4 inch safety pin, heavy duty nylon
banner tie (zip tie).
Q. What type of fastener is used to mount Banner Saver?
A. Banding for pole mounting, requires 3 bands per bracket priced separately
at $3.75 (for 3 large screw drive hose clamps).
Q. How many brackets do I need?
A. Each banner on a pole requires two Banner Saver brackets. Two banners on a
pole require four Banner Saver brackets. Each bracket requires 3 Bands. Banner
Savers are priced on a per unit basis, not as a set.
Q. Are mounting instructions included?
A. Yes, we have a full page detailed mounting instruction sheet included with
each order.

Printed on Vutek UltraVu™ 5300
The Vutek UltraVu 5300 digital printing system solvent-based inkjet printer is
a truly grand format billboard printer for building wrap, vehicle wrap, bus
wrap, vehicle graphics, and outdoor signage. This class of solvent ink printer
prints on uncoated vinyl which requires no
lamination.
Now you can free your mind to think big, building-size big. Our superwide
printers print full color graphics on a wide variety of media, offering you
stunning imagery in sizes and applications that were previously inconceivable.
Ideal uses for our 16' printer include billboards, large murals, building
wraps, and airport, concert and event graphics.
Vutek offers a conservative and honest 2 year outdoor warranty. Vutek backs
its advertising statement in this instance with a warranty. This is the only
type of longevity claim that is believable.
If you already have
another inkjet printer then you realize that "high speed" is truly low
resolution. Here Vutek again is relatively conservative and at least upfront,
by stating low res specifically and further qualifying it with the statement,
"for distant viewing, billboard applications." Thus for highways, driving by
at 70 mph, you don't notice the traditional grainy pattern and banding. On
most printers "high speed" mode is unusable output. This varies by printer,
and you will have to judge for yourself whether the output is acceptable to a
client. At low speed, however, the output from all current generations of
Vutek printers is good for their grand format class.
