  The Light Pole Side Mount Truck Assembly has been an extremely popular accessory for use with area light poles used in shopping centers and automobile dealerships. The attachment of this unit near the top of the pole, a cleat near the bottom, some halyard and two snaps converts a light pole to a eye-catching sea of flag or banner poles.

This is a significant improvement over the practice of using plastic or metal bands to secure flags or banners directly to the poles. This method allows for ease in changing from flags to advertising banners or seasonal banners quickly without ladders or lift buckets. It adds to the safety of the pole since the flag or banner can be quickly removed in inclement weather. Flags can be lowered for cleaning to protect and honor the colors of the flag.

The new unit has provisions for mounting the unit to the light pole using bolts or various banding material. The cleat can be quickly attached anywhere on the pole via bolts through the cleat or by banding material when using the new "cleat strap adapter". Extreme care should be exercised when drilling into light pole.

The Light Pole Flagpole Kit for 20'-30' light poles consists of:

  • 1 Light Pole Truck with 2 stainless steel screws, TRK-9160 (satin finish) or TRK-9163 (bronzetone finish)
  • 1 6" cleat with 2 stainless steel screws, CLA-9060 (satin finish) or CLA-9063 (bronzetone finish)
  • 1 cleat strap adapter, CLA-9900 (satin finish) or CLA-9903 (bronzetone finish)
  • 2 nickel plated snaps, SNP-0200
  • 60' 1/4" polypropylene halyard, HAL-0100 (white) or HAL-530 (bronzetone)
