STATIONARY TRUCK
For use on rope style internal halyard
flagpoles, a Single Sheave Stationary Truck is modified by adding a small pulley assembly
within the truck to allow the halyard to feed from inside the flagpole. The assembly slips
over the top of the shaft and is secured by three 1/4"-20NC stainless steel set
screws. The minimum inside diameter of the top of the shaft should be 2 3/16". Top of
the assembly is tapped 1/2''-13NC to accept a finial. Maximum recommended halyard diameter
is 5/16".

REVOLVING TRUCK SMALL
Proportioned for use on flagpoles up to 35' with a top diameter of up to 3 1/2''. Of heavy
cast construction, this truck is available in two styles in order to be used in different
applications. The standard unit has integrally cast upper and lower bearing races with 25
stainless steel ball bearings. A heavy duty version uses upper and lower stainless steel,
sealed lubricant bearing assemblies for longer life and greater ease of rotation. Both
models are available for use with cable or can be used in halyard applications with the
addition of a hard rubber grommet at the cable exit hole. Assembly is 5 3/4'' in height
and 5 3/4'' in diameter. The cast aluminum spindle is threaded 1 1/4'' NPT and the top of
the truck is threaded 1/2''-13NC to accept a finial. For Stainless Steel Spindle options,

REVOLVING TRUCK LARGE AND EXTRA LARGE
The Large and Extra Large internal
halyard units are of heavy cast aluminum construction with a bronze bushing
at the cable exit point. These trucks incorporate upper and lower stainless
steel, sealed lubricant bearing assemblies. The Large Truck has a base
diameter of 8'' and the Extra Large Truck has a base diameter of 10''. Tops
are tapped 1/2''-13NC for the attachment of a finial. The standard cast
aluminum spindle on each unit is threaded 1 1/4'' NPT. For Stainless Steel

HEAVY DUTY REVOLVING TRUCKS - SINGLE SHEAVE
STANDARD & LARGE
Constructed
from heavy cast aluminum with additional reinforcement in all critical areas. The LARGE
TRUCK ASSEMBLY can be used on flagpoles with up to a 4" top diameter and the EXTRA
LARGE on flagpoles up to 71/2'' top diameter shafts. For additional strength, product life
and ease of rotation, these trucks utilize upper and lower stainless steel1 sealed
lubricant bearing assemblies on a cast aluminum spindle. The spindle is threaded 1 1/4''
NPT and is tapped 1/2"-13NC for a finial (larger sizes upon request). A machined cast
aluminum sheave rotates on a heavy stainless steel axle. Maximum recommended halyard size

Cast aluminum construction with cast nylon sheave (s) on 1/4" aluminum axle
(s). The truck body rotates on 26 stainless steel ball bearings on cast
races. The SINGLE SHEAVE TRUCK can be used on flagpoles with up to a 3 1/2"
O.D. top while the DOUBLE SHEAVE TRUCK can be used on up to 4" O.D. tops.
The top of the spindle is tapped 1/2"-13NC as standard to accept a finial
but is also available in 5/8"-11 NC upon request. Maximum recommended
halyard size is 5/16".

STAINLESS STEEL
TRUCK SPINDLE
For
applications that require an additional degree of strength for large finials, beacon
lights, or large, oversize flags that can put additional strain on the Truck Assembly, an
optional precision machined Type 303 stainless steel spindle assembly may be substituted
for the standard aluminum spindle in the following Truck Assemblies. The stainless steel
spindle is also available with a 1 1/2" NPT thread to allow for use in a more
diversified range of flagpole applications. The top of the spindles are available
in
several common thread sizes for attachment of a finial.

CAP STYLE TRUCK ADAPTERS
For use in
mounting a revolving truck assembly to a shaft without a threaded end plug. Unit is tapped
1 1/4" NPT and is secured to the shaft by three 1/4"-NC stainless set screws or

BEACON / OBSTRUCTION LIGHT OPTION
FOR EXTERNAL HALYARD TRUCKS
Available in single or double lens configuration, the lights are FAA
spec. L-810, OL-1 (single lens) or OL-2 (double lens) red with a single
piece non-ventilated lens on a cast aluminum base with neoprene and
Teflon gaskets. Unit comes with A21/TS 120 volt bulbs). Assembly is
mounted to the truck spindle via a custom stainless steel adapter
threaded 3/4"-10 NC on one end and 3/4"NPT on the other to accept the
light . Due to the thread size as well as the additional stress placed
on the truck and spindle assembly, these units can only be used on a
Heavy Duty Single Sheave or Double Sheave External Truck with the
stainless steel spindle option.

CAST BALL/TRUCK COMBINATION
The Cast Ball/Truck
Combination gives a very pleasing top appearance to any flagpole. An eagle,
such as the EAG-0550, may be added for an even more dramatic effect. Of all
aluminum construction, these units utilize stainless steel, sealed lubricant
bearing assemblies for longer life and greater ease of rotation, internally
mounted stainless steel pulley blocks and bronze cable bushings. The small
unit, similar in appearance to the External Halyard Cast Ball/Truck
assembly, is 7 3/4," diameter and the large unit has a 12" diameter. The
spindle is of machined cast aluminum with 1 1/4'' NPT threads. For Stainless

3/4" ball truck body rotates on upper and lower stainless steel sealed
lubricant bearing assemblies for longer life and greater ease of rotation. A
cast aluminum sheave uses a 3/8" stainless steel axle. The standard cast
aluminum spindle is threaded 1 1/4'" NPT. This truck eliminates the need for
a flagpole ball, but can be easily modified for an application of an eagle
such as the EAG0550. Sheave clearance allows for use on flagpoles with a top
diameter of up to 3 1/2"'. Maximum recommended halyard size is 3/8". For
